My neck measures 14" at the level worn in the last photo. The collar is probably supposed to ride a bit lower but was comfortable as shown.
I've listed this under "girls' accessories" because young ladies in my family wore this style of collar around age nine and early teens in ~1962.
The fur condition of this one is quite nice compared to identical options listed for sale elsewhere.
